The mill is splitted in several areas :

The raw materials consist in waste papers from selected collection ( 80% from the Eastern part of France and 20% from other sources). These recycled papers can be splitted into various kinds (Newsprint, listing, OCC, magazines, etc ...) and are used in  various proportions. These papers are pulped and cleaned on 2 independant lines of preparation ( one for each machine). The cleaning is made on usual systems ( holes - and - slots - screens and hydrocyclones ). Each line has several epuration cleaning stages. The required chemicals and dyes  will be added to the pulp according to the specification of the finished product.

The prepared pulp is then transfered on the paper or board machine to produce the wished specifications.
